We start with the team’s work: what they need, how they do it and what they want to change.
We analyse a process and design how to put it into practice. This can mean a custom application, a connection between tools or an improvement to the existing system, with or without AI.
We set up work environments with tools such as ChatGPT or Claude: instructions, knowledge, skills and tailored workflows. We define what the system can do and what a person needs to review.
Introductory talks and advanced sessions on models, their capabilities, limitations and use in business. Exercises reflect the team’s work and experience.

04 / The studio
I’m Alex, an architecture student and the founder of ARTAZCOZ. In conversations with businesses, I saw teams spending many hours on manual tasks, information handovers and tools that did not quite work together.
Those conversations expanded my interest in architecture towards the design of processes and working systems: understanding the parts, organising their relationships and building a solution that works in its context.
ARTAZCOZ grew from that interest. The aim is to help teams work with greater clarity, less repetitive work and less pressure. Through tailored processes, AI models where they add value, and training to use them thoughtfully.
